  I would give it a zero if possible. New owners took over ... and the property manager, Kathy, needs a strong dose of reality and what is legal. I managed to find the owning corporation info and we are in contact with them currently. I got bed bugs ... and she refused to help in any way. I had to pay for my own extermination & she refused to tell my neighbors so they could be treated as well. She just lies to your face, on the phone, to everyone & she is a pro at it. Unfortunately all you need is PROOF she is lying! Don't rent here unless they fire this woman!! Sad to say but she disrespects all tenants and discriminates against being disabled - or in my case thought I was using my paralysis disability to get assistance with rent and was extremely hurtful and hateful!!!

  The woman in the office, Helen, is incredibly rude. It took them 3 months to replace a broken bulb for outside lighting, yesterday we were left with no water for hours with no notice, the maintenance guy does as little as possible. Not to mention the numerous stray cats that live and continue to breed around the complex.
